Refund Policy

At PetProts, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of our product , we operate under a refund without return policy for approved cases.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item arrives defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Package significantly lost or damaged in transit

To be eligible, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Refund requests without proof will not be approved.


2. No Return Required (Approved Cases Only)

For approved claims, customers are not required to return the item.

However, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional evidence

  • Deny refund requests if abuse, fraud, or policy violation is suspected


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier


4. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
