Yes! At checkout, simply select the shipping option that includes “Artwork Preview Before Shipment.” We’ll email you a preview for approval before printing.

🌎 Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Petprots ships within the United States only. This helps us ensure faster delivery times and consistent product quality.

Yes! As long as the photo is clear and shows your pet’s face well, pictures taken with a smartphone usually work perfectly.

✏️ Can I change my order after placing it?

You can request changes within 5 hours of placing your order. Since each portrait is custom-made, updates after that time may not be possible.
